Three forms / One studio

We build
software with
the precision of a craft.

Triune Softwares is a small, deliberate studio in Canada — three disciplines, one standard. We design and build SaaS products, custom web applications and mobile software for founders who treat the details as non-negotiable.

The opposite of generic is not novel.
It is specific.

Stewards.
Parish administration, quietly done.

A two-surface platform for parish life — an administrative SaaS for clergy and staff, paired with a native mobile app for parish members. Built by Triune, for the communities we grew up in.

§ 02 — Method

A method that refuses to be rushed.

01 / Intake

Listen, longer than most.

A paid discovery week. We read your product, users, market — and return with a written brief, not a deck.

02 / Architect

Draw before writing.

Information architecture, system diagrams, wireframes. Decide in cheap materials, not in code.

03 / Craft

Design & build in one room.

Design and engineering move in the same weekly rhythm. No tickets thrown over the fence.

04 / Steward

Stay after launch.

We keep a seat in your team. Monitoring, iteration, and the small fixes that otherwise rot.

§ — Studio notes

A new studio. Opening its doors.

Triune Softwares launched in 2026 in Brantford, Ontario. We are a small studio — three to five people — and we began by building something of our own.

Our first product, Stewards, is a two-surface platform for parish life: an administrative SaaS for clergy and staff, and a native mobile application for parish members, built with React Native and Expo. Both are under active construction and entering private beta with selected parishes through 2026.

Alongside our own product work, we are open to a small number of client commissions — SaaS, web, and mobile — where the fit is right and the brief is specific.

§ 03 — Questions & Answers

Frequently asked.

01

What services does Triune Softwares offer?

+

Triune Softwares offers three core services: SaaS product engineering (multi-tenant platforms, billing, authentication, admin surfaces), custom web application and website development, and native iOS and Android mobile app development. Every engagement is led directly by a principal from our Brantford, Ontario studio.

02

Where is Triune Softwares located?

+

Triune Softwares Inc. is a Canadian software studio based at 10-448 Blackburn Drive, Brantford, Ontario. We launched in 2026. We work remotely with clients across Canada, the United States and internationally; on-site visits for kick-offs and reviews are available across North America.

03

How does Triune Softwares engage with clients?

+

We engage on fixed-fee commissions with a principal attending every meeting. We meet weekly, publish written decisions, and hold monthly retrospectives. There are no standups, account managers, or ticket systems — just craftspeople and the work.

04

What technology stack do you use?

+

For web and SaaS: TypeScript, Next.js, Postgres, Prisma, Stripe, Vercel and Supabase. For mobile: Swift / SwiftUI on iOS, Kotlin / Jetpack Compose on Android, and React Native with Expo when cross-platform is appropriate. We use your stack where it serves the work.

05

How long does a typical project take?

+

It depends on scope. A focused SaaS MVP typically targets 12–16 weeks. Marketing and editorial websites, 6–10 weeks. Mobile apps, 14–20 weeks depending on platform coverage. Timelines are committed at the end of our paid discovery week, not before.

06

Do you offer post-launch support?

+

Yes. We offer an optional stewardship retainer after launch — we remain a named seat on your team, maintaining and evolving the software we built. Every project also ships with a written decommission plan so you are never locked in.

07

What is a typical project budget?

+

Engagements range from under $40,000 for focused scopes through $250,000+ for full platform builds. We also offer monthly retainers for ongoing stewardship. Budget is set transparently at the end of discovery.
