Stewards is a two-surface platform for parish life. An administrative SaaS for clergy and staff, paired with a native mobile app for parish members — built to a single standard of care.
Parishes are some of the most under-served communities in software. The existing tools are dated, slow, and treat both the administrator and the member as an afterthought. We are building the opposite: calm, fast, thoughtful software that respects the rhythm of parish life — from Sunday registrations to sacramental records, from a member's first enquiry to their daily prayer.
Stewards entered private beta in 2026 with a small group of parishes. We are intentionally limiting the rollout while the product matures.

A new studio has one advantage: attention. Until our ledger is full, every commission has all of ours. We are open to a small number of client projects — SaaS, web, and mobile — where the brief is specific, the decision-makers are few, and the standard is ours.
When a project ships, and when the client is willing, it will appear here with the same honesty that governs the rest of this site — dates, stack, what we did, and what we did not.
