How do I commission a project with Triune Softwares?
Start with a short email or the form on this page — a paragraph or two in your own words is plenty. We reply within two working days with either a discovery call invitation or an honest note about whether we are the right fit. No sales calls, no pressure, no "discovery packages" billed by the hour.
What information should I include in my first message?
What you are trying to build, who it is for, any constraint that matters (budget, timeline, compliance, a launch date). A link to something you have made — or something you admire — helps too. You do not need a spec document; we are good at reading between the lines of a well-written note.
How long before I hear back?
Every message is answered personally, usually within two working days. If we are traveling or in a heads-down week, it may take four. If you have not heard from us inside of a week, something has gone wrong in email — please call the studio directly at +1 (519) 751-9337.
What is your typical project budget?
Our engagements are fixed-scope. Marketing sites start around CAD $18,000. SaaS MVPs start around CAD $80,000. Mobile apps start around CAD $60,000 per platform. Full platforms with multiple disciplines — SaaS + mobile, for example — run CAD $150,000 and up. We quote a single number against a written scope.
Do you work with clients outside Canada?
Yes. Roughly half our work is for US and UK clients. We run on Eastern Time from our Brantford studio, which overlaps comfortably with North America and gives a few morning hours with the UK. For clients further afield we keep communication asynchronous and written.
Can we meet in person?
Yes — we are at 10-448 Blackburn Drive in Brantford, Ontario, about an hour west of Toronto. Drop-ins are welcome by appointment. For clients in the GTA we happily come to you; further afield we travel for kickoffs and milestone reviews if the engagement warrants it.
